Advertise Purple Takes On LA Clippers Game

You might recall from our legendary Advertise Purple Holiday Party that a lucky bunch of us won box suite tickets to an LA Clippers game. Fast forward to February 7 and the much awaited game day finally arrived. Our lucky Advertise Purple raffle winners were joined by our sister Mosaic Digital Systems team, and January step challenge winners (employees who walked the most steps that month, we like to stay active over here). 

We couldn’t enjoy the game on an empty stomach so we started the night with dinner – and maybe a few drinks – at Lazy Dog. With stomachs full and spirits high, we made the short and rainy walk to Crypto.com Arena (formerly known as the iconic Staples Center, RIP) for a night of good company and professional basketball.

From our suite, we had a great view of the game and some notable guests including Martin Luther King III, Arndrea Waters King, and rapper Travis Scott. The halftime performance showcased a traditional lion dance to celebrate Lunar New Year, which is on February 10 and will ring in the year of the dragon.

Although the Clippers lost to the New Orleans Pelicans – 117-106 – we still felt like winners getting treated to this amazing experience. Here’s to more unforgettable moments with the Advertise Purple team!
